Taking PayPal, But Not Credit Cards
Ebay has started forcing sellers that accept Paypal to accept credit card payments even if they only want to accept payment through bank-to-bank instant transfer.
I’m not a business. I just use Ebay to get rid of stuff around the house. I cannot afford to pay the Paypal charges for accepting credit card purchase. Ebay will cancel your listing if you state “you only accept bank-to-bank instant transfer” but will accept “prefers bank-to-bank instant transfer”. Is there a way around this issue? It’s come to the point that it’s not worth it for me to list items on Ebay.

Don’t list PayPal as a payment option on eBay. Then after the auction send the buyers an email with your mailing address and a note saying you accept payment through paypal only if they don’t use a credit card.
