PayPal Seizes Money In Account
I read your newsletter all the time and find the information useful. I am particularly interested in seeing some mail and questions from other readers. Having said that, can you finish your response to the question about the Buyer Complaining About Misrepresentation? You elaborated on what they should do regarding the bidder, but you didn’t elaborate on PayPal and what seems to me to be total authority to do whatever they want with other people’s money that is in their possession.
Yes, you guessed it, PayPal removed money from my account before too, and never gave a reason despite many inquiries.

I wish I could give you more information about PayPal seizing funds, but I’ve never been through this hassle myself so I cannot share any person experiences.
However, there is a website with advice about reclaiming your money from PayPal. PayPalSucks.com contains PayPal contact information, a forum where others with PayPal problems share advice, and other helpful resources.
PayPalSucks is anti PayPal site, so they are really vocal about PayPal problems, but they seem to be the best place to find advice.
